Brunch Friends
What will we do?
Brunch for 4 people in the courtyard of Bravo 951 to spend the late morning of Saturday with friends. The idea is to share a series of typical dishes of our brunch accompanied of classic cocktails and enjoy one of the most beautiful terraces in Santiago.
What's included?
- 4 brunch cocktails (Bloody Mary, Aperol pritz (can be other spritz of the menu), Cynar julep, mimosas, Michelada Sangrita, Lemonades from the menu) - 2x Benedictine Avocado or Bacon (2 eggs poached on English muffin with roasted tomato and avocado (or bacon), bathed in Béarnaise sauce and hash brown) - 2x Breakfast Taco (2 corn tortillas with pulled pork, scrambled eggs and avocado. Veggie option with grilled mushrooms) - 1x Meatballs Brunch (Meatballs with blue cheese sauce and spinach. Optional veggie Country toast with half avocado with grilled egg yolk, served with onion and tomatoes grilled cherry) - 1x Mac & cheese (pasta with gratin cheese sauce) - 2x French Wafles (Waffles with caramelized banana, house syrup and whipped cream)
