Just 5 minutes from Highway 5 South lies the region of O’Higgins’ best-kept gastronomic secret. A private supper club set in a heritage house from 1910 —whose exact location is kept confidential and only revealed after booking— where chef Sebastián Mardones pays tribute to local produce and honest cooking rooted in fire, countryside, and sea. Around a single shared table for a maximum of 10 guests, you will experience an intimate rural fine-dining journey featuring a multi-course tasting menu, guided pairing, and a souvenir from our pantry to continue the evening at home.

House Rules and Non-Negotiable Restrictions: To ensure the atmosphere and proper functioning of the kitchen, we operate under a strict protocol: • Punctuality as a Principle: To respect the shared table and the rhythm of the fire, service starts promptly. We allow a 15-minute grace period; after that, the menu begins. • Dietary Restrictions: We can adapt the menu for mild intolerances to lactose, gluten (non-severe celiac), nuts, or specific ingredients, except garlic and onion. • Exclusions: Due to the nature of our signature cuisine and the sensitivity of the space, we do not offer options for vegan, vegetarian, kosher, ketogenic diets, or severe celiac disease. The kitchen is not allergen-free and traces may be present. • Adult Atmosphere: Children under 13 years old are not admitted. • Advance Booking: Reservations close strictly 24 hours in advance. No walk-ins are accepted. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will be charged as a completed service, and 100% of the guarantee will be retained.
